ORDER:
The present criminal Appeal is filed aggrieved by the Judgment, conviction and sentence imposed by the learned Special Sessions Judge for Trial of Cases Under SCs and STs (POA) Act-cum-Additional Sessions Judge at Khammam in S.C.No.21 of 2010, dated 25.08.2011.
2. The specific case of the prosecution is that Lw.1/Bunga Babu Ratnakar is a resident of Sriramnagar, Khammam. Accused Nos.1 and 2 are residents of Sriramnagar, Khammam. On 10.08.2009 at 09.00 PM, Sub-Inspector of Police, Khammam II Town received a complaint from Lw.1 which was forwarded by Superintendent of Police, Khammam. In that complaint, it is mentioned that Lw.1 is a resident of Khammam for the last 8 years. He and his wife are running hospital under the name and style Thalli Pillala Vaidyashala. They are constructing a new hospital building opposite to Cure Hospital. The adjacent owners namely Nallamala Vara Prasad, his brother Babji and their mother Nirmalamma abused him by touching his caste, attacked with stones and sticks.
