JUDGMENT:
This appeal has been filed by the defendant in O.S.No.830 of 2014 on the file of the V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, under Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short, ‘C.P.C.’) with a prayer to set aside the Judgment and decree dated 24.01.2019, whereunder the trial Court had passed a decree for eviction and directed appellant No.1 herein to hand over the possession of the subject property to the respondent/plaintiff within two months and also to pay the past and future mesne profits.

As could be seen from the impugned Judgment and other record, it appears that the respondent/plaintiff had filed O.S.No.830 of 2014 seeking eviction of appellant No.1/defendant from the subject property consisting two rooms in the first floor comprising an area of 600 square feet, which is part and parcel of house bearing M.No.3-4- 453 and 454 at Narayanaguda, Hyderabad. According to the plaint filed by the respondent before the trial Court, it was clear that one Sri Vemula Premdas has purchased the land in an extent of 654 square yards under a registered sale deed under document bearing
