COMMON JUDGMENT:

A.S.No.479 of 2016 is filed by the appellant - defendant No.1 aggrieved by the judgment dated 19.11.2015 passed in O.S.No.46 of 2012 (Old O.S.No.593 of 2010) on the file of the XII Additional District Judge, Vikarabad.

2. A.S.No.1019 of 2016 is filed by the appellant - defendant No.1 aggrieved by the judgment dated 19.11.2015 passed in O.S.No.45 of 2012 (Old O.S.No.573 of 2010) on the file of the XII Additional District Judge, Vikarabad.

3. The respondent No.1 is the plaintiff in both the suits and the respondent No.2 is the defendant No.2.

4. The parties are hereinafter referred as arrayed before the trial court.

5. The plaintiffs in both the suits were separate individuals and they filed suits for declaration of title and recovery of possession from defendant No.1. As per the plaintiffs they were the absolute owners and possessors of the suit schedule property of Ac.16-26 guntas and Ac.16-36 guntas respectively out of total Ac.33-22 guntas situated at Aloor Village, Chevella Mandal, Rangareddy District of different survey numbers.
