ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India , is filed by the petitioner-company, seeking to declare the proceedings vide Rc.No.33/GMC-SRD/2023 dated 25.07.2023 issued by the respondent No.4 terminating the services of the petitioner in Government General Hospital, Sangareddy and also the consequential proceedings vide Rc.No.44/GMC/GGH/-SRD/2023, dated 31.07.2023 issued by the respondent No.4 awarding the contract for providing Integrated Hospital Facility Management Services (for short “IHFMS”), Sanitation and Security Services in the Government General Hospital, Sangareddy in favour of respondent No.5 in order to defeat the interest of petitioner as arbitrary, illegal, malafide, intentional and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently, prayed this Court to setaside the same and permit the petitioner to continue providing services in accordance with work order dated 28.07.2022.
