ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to declare the issuance of Form-I and Form-II issued by the 4^th respondent, dt.24.01.2024, under A.P. Municipaliteis (Motion of No Confidence In Chairperson/Vice Chairperson Rules), 2008, which are governing the field as on today vide G.O.Ms.No.835, Municipal Administration and Urban Development (Elec-II) and Published in A.P. Gazette RS to Part-I(Ext), dt.05.12.2008), as being arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction, contrary to the procedure established under the above rules and to set aside the same, and to declare the proceedings of “Motion of No Confidence” conducted by the 5^th respondent on 09.02.2024 as being vitiated due to procedure illegalities and violative of principles of natural justice and to set aside the same.
