ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“...to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 for issuing notice Lr.No.07/GPDB/2022, dated 18.04.2022 claiming the plot of the petitioners granted vide proceedings No.P/2779/2000, dated 25.04.2000 by Mandal Revenue Officer, situated at Doulthabad Village of Hatnura Mandal, Sangareddy District are illegal, arbitrary, ultra vires, null and void, abuse of powers, and against the principles of natural justice and in violation of fundamental and constitutional rights of the petitioner in the interest of justice and equity or pass...”

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development and Sri R.Chandra Shekar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the entire material on record.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.1 is the absolute owner and peaceful possessor of open plot admeasuring 200 Square Yards
