ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:-

“…to issue an order, direction or Writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ i) to declare the action of unofficial Respondent No. 7 School/Institution in operating the school/ institution without permission of the competent authorities as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and (ii) consequently direct the official Respondents to take appropriate action against Unofficial Respondent No.7 school/institution and seize the entire school establishment and restrain them from inviting applications making admissions into 6th to 9th classes and (iii) direct Respondent No.6 to consider the representation and objections of the Petitioner before according any permission for No Objection for establishment of Unofficial Respondent No.7 school/institution…”
