ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the orders passed by the

2nd respondent In LTR appeal No.A4/LTR/1225/2022, dated 28.12.2023 in dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner and upholding the orders passed by the 3rd respondent in case No.TWB1/39/2022 dated 16.04.2022 wherein the 3rd respondent passed orders dropping the case in favour of the 4th respondent stating that the case does not come under purview of Land Transfer Act, 1959 in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0-08 guntas in Survey No.197/E, situated at Thallapet village, Dandepally mandal, Mancherial district beyond the scope of the petition filed by the 4th respondent, though the 4th respondent filed the suit for declaration of possession and sought the prayer of injunction, as illegal, arbitrary, abuse of process of law, without jurisdiction, and contrary to rules , and set aside the orders passed by 3rd respondent in case No.TWB1/39/2022, dated 16.04.2022 and the confirmation orders passed by the 2nd respondent in LTR appeal No.A4/LTR/1225/2022 dated 28.12.2023.
