ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:

“…to issue any writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No 3 who is Unnecessarily harrassing the petitioner though there is no name in crime No 142/2024 U/S 403 420 R/W 120B IPC Dated 15 05 2024 On The File of CCS DD Hyderabad Telangana making repeated phone calls and making the petitioner to come to police station who is not even connected with the present crime Respondent no 3 is also forcing the petitioner to produce Al and A3 in the above crime no 142 of 2024 though the petitioner is not known about them and threatening to implicate the petitioner in the present crime whatsoever also harassing the petitioner mentally which is illegal and arbitrary Consequently direct the Respondent No 3 not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily in crime No 142/2024 U/S 403 420 R/W 120B IPC Dated 15 05 2024 On The File of CCS DD Hyderabad Telangana Calling her to police station repeatedly without any reason and without following due process of law pending disposal of the main writ pet
