Heard Sri Avancha H. Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the appellant; Sri V.Hari Haran, learned Senior Counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 (wife and children) and Sri B.Shanker, learned counsel for respondent No.4 (husband) in A.S.No.560 of 2016.
2. The appellant - Sri B. Vykunta Vasu, in FCA No.126 of 2011 filed O.P. No.381 of 2008 seeking decree of divorce against his wife - Smt. B. Krishna Kumar dissolving their marriage performed on 02.06.1985. Learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, vide order dated 02.09.2010, dismissed the said O.P. Feeling aggrieved by the same, the appellant preferred FCA No.126 of 2011. Whereas, the appellant filed FCOP No.1901 of 2013 against his son, Sri B. Sankeert, (his name is wrongly mentioned as ‘B.Srikanth’ in A.S.No.560 of 2016 and O.S.No.455 of 2006) seeking maintenance of Rs.10,000/
