THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22152 OF 2024

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“….to issue a writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in discontinuing the petitioner from maintaining National Flag with a width about 20 x 30 feets, erected on a 100 feet height pole, situated at ZP High School, Thorrur Village and Mandal Mahabubabad District including arrangements for conducting event/function on Independence Day 15th August and Republic Day 26th January of every year as illegal, arbitrary and consequently to direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 to allow the petitioner for making arrangements for Independence Day and Republic Day at 100 feet height pole with National Flag at Thorrur, Mahabubabad District..”

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S. Rahul Reddy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and with their consent this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.
