ORDER :
Petitioner/Accused has filed this petition under Sections
482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha, 2023, seeking anticipatory bail in Cr.No.82 of 2024 of P.S. Lokeshwaram, registered for the offences under Sections 118 (1), 292 and 351 (2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha.
2. Heard Sri P.Vinayaka Krishna Vardhan appearing on behalf of Sri. T.Bala Mohan Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri M.Ramachandra Reddy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the record. 3. Case of the prosecution is that on 14.08.2024, the complainant went to the Akhil Dhaba for meal. The owner of the dhaba who is the petitioner/accused, informed the complainant that payment has to be made before having meal, as such, the complainant has paid the amount. Thereafter, the complainant has overheard the petitioner/accused talking badly about him, due to the same, he asked for return of money, for which, the petitioner/accused has abused him and hit him, due to which, he received injuries.
