ORDER:

1. Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat and the learned Standing Counsel for National Highways Authority of India (NHAI)

appearing for the respondents.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit the petitioner is the owner and possessor of land admeasuring 9680 Square Yards in Sy.Nos.27/A1, 27/A2/1/2, situated at Vallabhapuram Village of Chivvemla Mandal of Suryapet District having purchased the same vide document No.14258/2021 dated 30.09.2021. The petitioner had also got converted the land from agriculture to non-agriculture vide NALA order dated

22.04.2021 issued by the Tahsildar and the process of conversion of land into plots is pending with the respondent No.6. While the things stood thus, the respondent Nos.3 to 5 have started to construct a bus-shelter exactly on front side of the subject property, as a result there will be problem for the purpose of ingress and egress into the subject property.
