COMMON ORDER:

Civil Revision Petition No.1129 of 2024 is filed against the order dated 26.02.224 passed in I.A.No.252 of 2024 in G.W.O.P.No.32 of 2022 on the file of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally.

2. Civil Revision Petition No.1092 of 2024 is filed against the order dated 26.02.224 passed in I.A.No.217 of 2022 in G.W.O.P.No.32 of 2022 on the file of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally.

3. An application in I.A.No.217 of 2022 is filed under Section 12 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1980 with a prayer to continue the custody of the minor children with the respondent till the disposal of the main case. An application in I.A.No.252 of 2024 is filed by the petitioner herein seeking interim custody of the minor wards. I.A.No.217 of 2022 is allowed and I.A.No.252 of 2022 is partly allowed by granting visitation rights to the father. Aggrieved by the said orders, Tella Venkata Ramana/Husband preferred C.R.P.Nos.1129 and 1099 of 2024.
