This appeal is filed aggrieved by the judgment dated

31.07.2015 passed in S.C.No.23 of 2012 on the file of Special Judge for Trial of Offences under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989-cum-V Additional Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy, convicting the appellant/accused for the offence punishable under Section 366-A of Indian Penal Code (for short ‘IPC’) and sentenced to undergo five years rigorous imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.2,000/-, in default of payment of fine to undergo simple imprisonment for three months. Further, the appellant is also convicted for the offence under Section 376 of IPC and sentenced to undergo ten years rigorous imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.2,000/-, in default of payment of fine to undergo simple imprisonment for three months.
