`THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2043 OF 2016

O R D E R:

The present Criminal Revision Case is filed against the judgment dated 24-05-2016 in Criminal Appeal No.24 of 2015 on the file of the learned IX Additional District and Sessions Judge, Wanaparthy (for short, “the appellate Court”) in dismissing the appeal by confirming the conviction and sentence in respect of the offence under Section 304-A IPC and Section 3 r/w Section 181 of Motor Vehicles Act ( for short ‘the Act’) against A1/revision petitioner herein as against the judgment dated 30-01-2015 in C.C.No.283 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Nagarkurnool, (for short “the trial Court”). Originally, the case was registered against the revision petitioner/A1 and against the owner of the tractor A2.
