Heard Sri S. Nagesh Reddy learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri K. V. Shekar learned counsel appeaing for respondent. Perused the record.
2. This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of the orders in I.A.No.2 of 2023 dated 19.10.2023, in I.A.No.3 of 2023 dated 10.11.2023 and I.A.No.4 of 2023 in F.C.A. No.40 of 2023 dated 06.02.2024. Vide order, dated 19.10.2023 in I.A.No.2 of 2023 in F.C.A No.40 of 2023, this Court granted visitation rights to the petitioner-father i.e., temporary custody of minor son on every Second Sunday from 11.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. We have also permitted the petitioner-father to spend time with minor boy for three (03) hours from 11.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. on his birthday i.e., 25th May of every year. Vide order, dated 10.11.2023 in I.A.No.3 of 2023 in F.C.A No.40 of
2023, we have granted custody of the minor child to the petitioner-father for one day during day time i.e., 12.11.2023 which is Diwali from 11.00 A.M to 9.00 P.M. Vide order, dated 06.02.2024 in I.A.No.4 of 2023 in F.C.A No.40 of 2023 in view of granting previous
