This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (for short ‘BNSS’) by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.142 of 2024 on the file of the IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Mahbubnagar, registered for the offence punishable under Section 406, 420, 447, 504, 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short ‘IPC’) and section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

2. Heard Mr.R.Sivaramakrishna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Jithendar Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1–State.
