We have heard Mr.B.Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel, representing Mr.M.V.Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the appellants, Mr.B.Santosh Singh, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 11, Mr.Kishore Rai, learned Senior Counsel, representing Ms.Divya Rai, learned counsel for respondent No.12 and Mr.G.Venkat Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.13.

2. C.M.A.No.381 of 2024 is filed against the orders in I.A.No.222 of 2022 and C.M.A.No.383 of 2024 is filed against the orders in I.A.No.223 of 2022 in O.S.No.746 of 2018 passed by the learned V Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar.

3. As the above mentioned Interlocutory applications were decided by common order dated 19.02.2024, these appeals are heard together and being adjudicated by this common judgment.

4. The appellants/plaintiffs are the petitioners in the Interlocutory Applications and they filed suit seeking partition of the schedule properties, which are in three items (hereinafter ‘the schedule properties’) as hereund
