HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE LAXMI NARAYANA ALISHETTY TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.70 of 2025

ORDER:

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.33 of 2024 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Nakerekal to the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Kodad.

2. Heard Ms. Krishnamahi, learned counsel representing Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner on record and Sri Sudini Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The Brief facts leading to filling of the present Tr.C.M.P are that the marriage of the petitioner-wife was solemnized with the respondent-husband on 16.05.2009 at Chikatigudem Village, Kethepalli Mandal, Nalgonda District, as per the prevailing customs in their community and out of wedlock, they were blessed with one daughter. However, soon after marriage, differences arose between the petitioner and respondent and the petitioner was subjected to physical and mental harassment and was necked out from the matrimonial house and she is presently residing at her parent’s house along with her daughter. The petitioner lodged a complaint in Crime No.250 of 2023 for the offence under Section 498-A of IPC
