ORDER

Heard Mr. Jagadeshwar Katragadda, learned counsel represents Ms. Kruthi Kalaga, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. P. Pratap, learned counsel for the respondent appearing through video conference.

2. In this application filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (briefly ‘the A&C Act’), the applicant seeks appointment of an arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.

3. Admittedly, the purchase agreement dated 31.01.2022 was executed between the parties. Annexure-I annexed to the aforesaid agreement contains an arbitration clause, which is extracted below for the facility of reference:

Settlement of Disputes/Arbitration: In the event of any question, dispute or difference arising under this PO or in connection there-with, the same shall be referred to the sole arbitration. The agreement to appoint an arbitrator will be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties to the PO. The place of the arbitration proceeding shall be in Hyderabad and Language will be in Eng
