JUDGMENT:

1. This appeal is filed by the Claimant, aggrieved of the order and decree dated 10.01.2008 in O.P.No.1048 of 2004 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (III Additional District Judge)

(FTC), Nizamabad.

2. The appellant/claimant is seeking enhancement of the compensation granted by the Tribunal.

3. The Tribunal, having considered the evidence on record allowed the O.P. in part, awarding a total compensation of Rs.88,850/- along with costs and interest @ 7.5% per annum from the date of petition till the date of realization.

4. Heard both sides and perused the record.

5. The learned Counsel for the appellant-Claimant contended that the Tribunal has failed to consider the evidence adduced on behalf of the claimant in proper perspective and granted meager compensation.

6. Having considered the evidence on record, this Court deems it appropriate that the appellant is entitled to the following amount towards compensation under various heads:
