This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to declare action of respondent No.2 in not considering their Dharani application bearing No.2300114114 dated 15.07.2023 for incorporating their names in the revenue records (Dharani portal) and for issuance of e-pattadar passbooks in respect of their land admeasuring Acs.20-30 guntas in Survey Nos.634/Part, 635/Part and 637/Part, situated at Chintakunta Village, Andole Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, as being illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard Mr. Muppu Ravinder Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners; learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, and perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner No.1 has purchased the land admeasuring Acs.4-14 guntas, Acs.2-08 guntas and Acs.3-15 guntas in Survey Nos.637, 637A and 634 respectively, total admeasuring Acs.9-37 guntas, situated at Chintakunta Village, Andole Mandal, Sanga Reddy District vide registered sale deeds bearing document Nos.2222 of 1987 dated 27.08.1987, 2576 of 2006 dated 05.05.2006 and 4864 of 200
