This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to declare action of respondent No.2 in not considering their Dharani application bearing No.2300114114 dated 15.07.2023 for incorporating their names in the revenue records (Dharani portal) and for issuance of e-pattadar passbooks in respect of their land admeasuring Acs.20-30 guntas in Survey Nos.634/Part, 635/Part and 637/Part, situated at Chintakunta Village, Andole Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, as being illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard Mr. Muppu Ravinder Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners; learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, and perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner No.1 has purchased the land admeasuring Acs.4-14 guntas, Acs.2-08 guntas and Acs.3-15 guntas in Survey Nos.637, 637A and 634 respectively, total admeasuring Acs.9-37 guntas, situated at Chintakunta Village, Andole Mandal, Sanga Reddy District vide registered sale deeds bearing document Nos.2222 of 1987 dated 27.08.1987, 2576 of 2006 dated 05.05.2006 and 4864 of 2005 dated 25.12.2005 respectively from the erstwhile owners for a valid sale consideration. Petitioner No.2 has purchased the land admeasuring Acs.2-29 guntas in Survey No.634, 635 situated at Chintakunta Village vide registered sale deed bearing document No.236 of 1987 dated 22.01.1987. Further, petitioner No.1 has purchased land admeasuring Acs.3-15 guntas, Acs.4-13 guntas and 1-16 guntas in Survey Nos.634, 637 and 634 respectively situated at Chintakunta Village vide registered sale deeds bearing document Nos.220 of 1987 dated 22.01.1987, 2223 of 1987 dated 27.08.1987 and 527 of 1990 dated 28.02.1990 respectively, in the name of his wife Mrs. Alle Durgamma. The names of petitioners were mutated in the revenue records and they were issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of the subject land.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that after death of Mrs. Alle Durgamma, wife of petitioner No.1, revenue authorities have mutated Acs.7-28 guntas and Acs.1-16 guntas in favour of petitioner Nos.1 and 2 respectively. After Land Records Updation Programme, the petitioners’ names were not recorded in the Dharani portal and they were not issued e-pattadar passbooks in respect of the subject land. That on being advised, petitioners have submitted online application bearing No.2300114114 dated 15.07.2023 for incorporating their names in the revenue records (Dharani portal) and for issuance of e-pattadar passbooks in respect of the subject land. Grievance of the petitioners is that there is delay on the part of respondent No.2 in processing their Dharani application, as such, they are constrained to approach this Court.

5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the Dharani application of the petitioners, in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the Dharani application of the petitioners bearing No.2300114114 dated 15.07.2023 for incorporating their names in the revenue records (Dharani portal) and for issuance of e-pattadar passbooks in respect of their land admeasuring Acs.20-30 guntas in Survey Nos.634/Part, 635/Part and 637/Part, situated at Chintakunta Village, Andole Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of forty five (45) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
