ORDER

The present revision petition is filed being aggrieved by the order dated 06.09.2021 made in I.A.No.955 of 2019 in O.S.No.29 of 2019 on the file of the Special Sessions Judge for Trial of Offences under SCs/STs (POA) Act cum V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak, at Sangareddy, whereunder, the said petition was dismissed.

2. The respondents herein filed suit for specific performance of contract of sale dated 23.08.2018 vide O.S.No.29 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Medak, at Sangareddy, and the petitioners herein are proposed defendant Nos.4 to 7 in the said suit.

3. The brief facts of the case are that the petitioners herein filed suit for partition and separate possession vide O.S.No.206 of 2018 on the file of VII Additional District Judge cum Family Court, at Sangareddy, against defendant No.1 in O.S.No.29 of 2019, in respect of land to any extent of Acs.3.10 guntas in Survey No.100/A, situated at Inole Village, Patancheru Mandal.
