ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:

“…to issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ and quash the order of the 1^st respondent in Proc.No.A/607/2012, dated 15.10.2015 purporting to resume the land of Ac.1-00 out of Ac.1-42 cents in Sy.No.699/1/1 of Tandur Village and Mandal, Adilabad District, is arbitrary and illegal and direct the respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the subject land and grant such other relief as it deems fit in the circumstances of the case.”

Shri Puramshetty Bapu, son of Shri Bheemaiah, was assigned land to an extent of Ac.3.80 cents in Sy.No.699/1/1 of Tandur Village and Mandal, Adilabad District, of the said land, an extent of Ac.2.38 cents was acquired by Singareni Collieries.
