This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 the District Collector, Warangal District and the Tahsildar, Narsampet Mandal, Warangal District, respectively in re-allottment of residential plot admeasuring 121 square yards in Survey No.30 situated at Sarvapur Village, Narsampet Mandal, Warangal District, in her favour.

2. The case of the petitioner is that a residential quarter covered by an extent of 121 square yards in Survey No.30 situated at Sarvapur Village, Narsampet Mandal, Warangal District, which existed at the main road side leading from Narsampet to Mahabubabad was allotted to her father-in-law Mr. Mittapalli Kommaiah in 1970-71 by the revenue authorities. It is stated that the Government has constructed thirty-two (32) quarters for residential purpose. One such quarter was allotted to the father-in-law of the petitioner who belongs to the Scheduled Caste Community.
