ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the order dated 30.11.2022 passed in I.A.No.281 of 2022 in O.S.No.59 of

2010 by the learned Senior Civil Judge at Suryapet.

2. O.S.No.59 of 2010 is filed by respondent No.2/plaintiff against petitioner/defendant for perpetual injunction. During the pendency of the suit, respondent No.1/proposed plaintiff No.2 filed I.A.No.281 of 2022 against respondent No.2 and petitioner herein to implead proposed plaintiff No.2 as plaintiff No.2 in the suit. The trial Court allowed the application on 30.11.2022. Aggrieved by the order of the trial Court, the petitioner herein preferred the present Civil Revision Petition. 3. Heard both sides. Perused the record.

4. Learned counsel for petitioner stated that the suit is of the year 2010 and the evidence of plaintiff was closed. Inspite of filing the chief-examination as plaintiff could not attend for cross- examination, the trial Court treated his further cross-examination as Nil.
