COMMON ORDER:

Since the issue involved in these writ petitions is one and the same, they are heard together and being disposed of by way of this common order.

2) These Writ Petitions are filed by the petitioners to declare the action of respondent No.3 in issuing undated show cause eviction notice under the Telangana Forest Act, 1967 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14, 19(1) and 21 of the Constitution of India and contrary to the Scheduled Tribes and other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006.

3) Heard the submissions of Mr. Baglekar Akash Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners in all these writ petitions; learned Government Pleader Forest appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and learned Government Pleader Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5 and with their consent, these Writ Petitions are disposed at the admission stage.

4) For the sake of convenience, the facts are referred to as mentioned in W.P.No.23667 of 2024.
