ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners seeking the following relief: “….to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent no.2 in not considering/disposing of the Interlocutory Application in Appeal No.APP/36/2023/0026 effectively seeking suspension of the impugned proceedings NO. QL/SNR/LO11900788, DT.05.07.2023, as arbitrary, illegal, contrary to law, against the principles of natural justice, contrary to Section 35 of Telangana State Minor Minerals Concession Rules, 1966 and also violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the Interlocutory Application in Appeal No.APP/36/2023/0026 filed by the petitioners forthwith and also consider and dispose of the Appeal No.APP/36/2023/0026 effectively within a time frame and pass such other order or orders....”
