Heard Sri G. Bhasker Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Serivce-I I , appearing on behalf of respondents.
2. The petitioner filed the w rit petition seeking the follow ing relief “… to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more precisely one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the actions of the respondents, more particularly respondent No. 3 in passing order dated. 28.06.2023 vide proc. Rc. No. Spt /1010 /2023 suspending petitioner with immediate effect without issuing any show cause notice as arbitrary, illegal, against to the principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14, 16, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequentially set aside the same in the interest of justice and to pass...”.
3. The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that the petitioner had been working as Subordinate/Attender in PHC, Thimmapur, Karimnagar District.
