O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C.’) by the petitioner/A3, to quash the proceedings against him in CC.No.1186 of 2016 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Karimnagar, for the offences punishable under Section 420 and 506 r/w.109 of the Indian Penal Code. 2. Heard.

3. The case of the 2nd res pendent is that Accused No.1 is his son. He has taken his father and mother to the registration office and got the property registered in his name. It is stated that at the time of registration, this petitioner acted as witness.

4. The Police filed charge sheet against A1, A3 and A4. The charges framed against this petitioner are under Sections 420, 506 r/w.109 of the Indian Penal Code.

5. Nowhere in the statement of the witnesses, it is mentioned that this petitioner had in any manner made false statement or induced the defacto complainant to sign on any of the documents. It is alleged that A1 had taken signatures on documents stating that they are chit fund papers and this petitioner allegedly signed as witness.
