This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.3 and 5 in not considering the Dharani application bearing No.2300139147 dated 07.09.2023 submitted by the petitioner for changing the nature of land from ‘Assigned’ to ‘patta’ in respect of land admeasuring Acs.3-00 guntas in Sy.No.599/31 situated at Fasalwadi Village, Sanga reddy Mandal and District, and to remove the subject land from the Prohibitory Properties list, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.3-00 guntas in Sy.No.599/31 situated at Fasalwadi Village, Sangareddy Mandal and District, having acquired the same from her husband Mr. R.
