This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering the representation of the petitioners dated 20.10.2023 for rectification of revenue entries in Dharani portal, by deleting the entry of ‘Laoni’ Patta and correcting it to ‘Patta’ Land, in respect of the lands of the petitioners in Survey No.113/5 situated at Yadgarpalli Village, Keesara Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, as being illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents, and perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner No.1 is the owner of the land admeasuring 1-00 guntas in Survey No.113/5/39/AA, petitioner No.2 is the owner of the land admeasuring Ac.1-00 guntas in Survey No.113/5/39/A, petitioner No.3 is the owner of land admeasuring Ac.0-0675 guntas in Survey No.113/5/38/A/3, petitioner No.4 is the owner of land admeasuring Ac.0-0675 guntas in Survey No.113/5/38/A/3, petitioner No.5 is the owner of the land admeasuring Ac.
