Ajay Reddy, learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.4 to 6 and learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2. The respondent No.3 herein was found eligible for grant of Occupancy Right Certificate under Section 4 of the A.P (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inam Act, 1955 (for short “the Act, 1955”) and the respondent No.3 herein submitted a preliminary enquiry report in Letter No.B/1122/2011, dated 05.08.2011 in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.02 guntas situated in Sy.No.983 of Kukatpally Village, Balapur Mandal. Respondent No.2 herein, after having verified the said enquiry report, concluded that respondent No. 4 herein is the survivor of the Inamdars namely Katraju Durgaiah, Chettukindi Pentaiah and Entivenaka Narsimha, and granted Occupancy Right Certificate in respect of the said land in Proceedings No.L/2918/2011, dated 09.12.2011.
