ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the

3rd respondent in issuing the impugned show cause notice in Proceedings C/D1/15720/1996-27 dated 10.03.2014 for rescinding the benefits granted earlier as arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction and consequently hold that the petitioner is entitled to be paid regular salary with all benefits which are ancillary and incidental thereto.

2) The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as Staff Nurse w.e.f.25.07.1989 after due selection process. Since the respondents have not extended regular pay scale attached to the said post, petitioner has filed W.P. No.6000 of 1990 and the same was disposed of by this Court on 24.06.1994 directing the respondents to treat the petitioner as a regularly appointed employee w.e.f.25.07.1989, pay differential amount within a period of two months therefrom, and to fix her seniority from the date of appointment. Since the respondents have not implemented the said directions, the petitioner has filed C.C.No.203 of 1994.
