l Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the material on record.

The petitioner is questioning the order dated 2L.12.2022 in crl.M.P.No.1327 of 2022 passed by the rearned Magistrate refusing
to grant interim custody of the vehjc[q_gn the ground that the

Crl.Petition No.369 of 2023 ownership of the said vehicle was not furnished to the Court by filing the orlginal Registration Certificate.

In the event of this petitioner filing certified copy of the registration certificate before the court, the concerned court shall consider releasing the vehicle in favour of this petitioner.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the order dated 21.12.2022 in Crl.M.P,No.1327 of 2022 passed by the learned Magistrate is hereby set aside.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
