ORDER:

1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

(cid:147)(cid:133)..to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not considering Petitioner for entitlement points under spousal category for the transfers of Teachers under the Telangana Teachers (Regulation of Transfers Rules) 2023 notified vide G.O.Ms.No.05, dated 25.01.2023, despite allowing the same during transfers in the year 2009 and 2013 as illegal, unconstitutional and consequently direct the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to extend the entitlement points under spousal category to Petitioner for the transfers of Teachers by considering the employment his wife as being eligible under Rule 6 (II)(c) of the Telangana Teachers (Regulation of Transfers Rules) 2023 notified vide G.O.Ms.No.05, dated 25.01.2023, and pass such other order or orders.(cid:148)
