No.73 of 20'19 along with the Judgment daled 2810912022 for 'FOR BEING MENTIONED' for passing necessary orders in the interest of justice.

This petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed in support thereof and upon reading the order dated 28.09.2012 made in LA.A.S. No.73 of 2019 and upon hearing the arguments of Smt. E. Anisha Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Sri Y. Rama Rao, standing counsel on behalf of respondent, the Court made the following ORDER "Heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents, Sri Y.Rama Rao.

By the judgment dated 2a.O9.2O22, this Court allowed LAAS No.73 ol 2019, Ctoss Objection No.6 of 2o22 in LAAS of 58 of 2O2O and Cross Objections No.14 of 2o22 in LAAS No.78 of 2O2O enhancing the comPensation to Rs.1,35,OO,OOO l- per acre and dismissed LAAS Nos.S8 and 78 of 2O2O and LAAS No. 18 of2021.

This application is filed praying to list the matter under the caption 'for being mentioned' on the ground that judgment dated 2A.9.2O22 is silent on payment of iflterest and solatium at the rate of

3oo/o on the enhanced amount and interest thereon.

Learned senior counsel submits that allowing LAAS No.73 of 2Ot9, Cross Objection No.6 of 2022 in LAAS of 58 of 2O2O and Cross Objections No.14 of 2022 in LAAS No.78 of 2O2O, it is implied that appellants/ cross objectors therein are entitled to interest and solatium on the enhanced amount but the authorities may complicate the issue driving the claimants to litigate further.

We appreciate the said submission. Once enhanced compensation is granted, it follows interest on the enhanced amount, solatium and interest on solatium. However, to make it clear, we order that the claimants are also entitled to solatium at the rate of 3Oh on the enhanced amount and interest at the rate of L2o/o on the enhanced compensation and solatium from the date of award till the date of payment.

Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2022 is ordered.
