ORDER:

This petition is filed to quash the proceedings against the petitioners -

accused Nos.1 to 5 in S.C.No.135 ot 2021, pending on the file of the Spl. Sessions Gourt (For trial of SCs/STs (POA) Act Cases) at Nalgonda, for the offences registered under Sections 147, M7, 427 and 504 r/w.34 of IPC and Sections 3(tXrxsXg) and 3(2)(Va) of SCs/STs (POA) Amendment Act-2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that during pendency of the above petition, th.e petitioners and the 2nd iespondent have entered into compromise and the 2no respondent has filed l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2022 to permit them to compound the offences and to compromise the matter, ln view of the above, the petitioners and the 2nd respondent are directed to appear before the Secretary, Telangana High Court Legal Services Committee, for their identification and on completion of the same, the Secretary, Telangana High Court Legal Services Committee shall submit a report by 12-04-2022.
