ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for respondents. With their consent this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:- “to declare the in action of respondent in receive register and release receive rectify register and release sale deed to be presented by the petitioner in respect of the Plot No.123 admeasuring 233 sq. yds or 184.81Sq. Mtrs., in Survey No.154, 155 and 157 admeasuring 233 sq. yds or 184. 81 Sq. Mtrs situated at Meerpet Village, Saroornagar Revenue Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State as illegal arbitrary violation of article 14, 19, 21 and 300A of constitution of India and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 4th respondent to receive, register and release sale deed to be presented by the petitioner in respect of the suit schedule property .

3. The brief facts of the case are that petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of plot No.123, admeasuring 233 Sq.yds or 184.81 Sq.meters in Survey No.154, 155 and 157 admeasuring 233 Sq.yds or 184.81
