O R D E R :

This Contempt Case is filed alleging that the order dated 25.07.2023 in Writ Petition No. 6755 of 2023 is flouted.

2. The Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent therein in granting partial occupancy certificate to the 7th respondent vide proceedings dated 06.08.2022. This Court vide order under contempt, directed Respondents 2 to 4 to produce copy of the report, basing upon which they had issued partial occupancy certificate in favour of the 7th respondent, by 02.08.2023, but so far, the respondent authorities have not produced the same, is the grievance of petitioner.

3. This Court issued notice to respondents by order dated 23.02.2024, on which date, Sri Ram Shekar Reddy, learned counsel for respondents submitted that the 1st respondent is not a necessary party to this case. In view of the said submission, the case against the 1st respondent is closed.

4. In the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of Respondents 2 and 3, the Zonal Manager, TSIIC Limited stated that there is no wilful disobedience on their part and petitioners filed the Contempt Case on incorrect allegations. It is stated that on 20.07.2023, due to cardiac pain, he was hospitali
