ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:-

“to issue Writ, Order or Direction especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3 rd respondent in not registering the petitioner’s Self Propelled Harvester bearing temporary Registration No.AP 04 WC TR 2881 (BS3 Model) is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the CMV Rules, 2020 and consequently direct the 3 rd respondent to process the application of the petitioner for registration of Propelled Harvester bearing temporary Registration No.AP 04 WC TR 2881 (BS3 Model) in accordance with law without reference to the cutoff date of 30.06.2023.”

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased a vehicle, Self Propelled Harvester from a dealer at Prodduturu, Kadapa district and Temporary Registration No. AP 04 WC TR 2881 (BS3 Model), dated 02.12.2021 was issued to the vehicle. The registration has to be done by the 3 rd respondent as the petitioner is a resident of Maheshwaram Mandal, coming under the 3 rd respondent’s jurisdiction.
