This Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the order dated 20.11.2018 in M.C.No.5 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, at Khammam (for short, “the trial Court”).
2. Heard Ms.S.Dinesh, learned counsel representing Mr.G.R. Sudhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Karri Murali Krishna, learned counsel for unofficial respondent Nos.1 to 3.
3. The brief facts of the case are that the marriage between petitioner and respondent No.1 was performed on 08.03.2001 as per Hindu rites and customs. They were blessed with respondent Nos.2 and 3 out of their wedlock. Respondent No.1 stated that the petitioner used to harass her for want of additional dowry. He suspected her conjugal fidelity and neglected her. When she failed to bring additional money, he necked her out from the matrimonial home. As respondent No.1 was unable to maintain herself, she filed maintenance case before the trial Court. The trial Court vide impugned order awarded an amount of Rs.4,000/- per month each as maintenance to unofficial respondent Nos.1 to 3 from the date of filing of the maintenance case.
