ORAL ORDER :

Heard Sri P. Rajeshwar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Sri M.A.K.Mukheed, learned Standing counsel appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5. Perused the record.

2. Petitioner is claiming that he is an Agreement of sale holder of 2400 sq.yds. of land in Guttala Begumpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. According to him, he has purchased the said land from Mr. V. Venkateswar Rao under an Agreement of sale dated 23.09.1983, validated on 19.01.2012 by the District Registrar, Ranga Reddy District. He is in possession of the subject property.

Even then, respondent No.3 tried to encroach the said land without following due procedure laid down under law. Aggrieved by the said action of respondent No.3, petitioner filed the present writ petition.

3. Respondent Nos.4 and 5 filed counter contending that respondent corporation addressed a letter dated 13.06.2022 to the Special Deputy Collector, LAO, GHMC stating that there are multiple claims in respect of same plot in Sy.No.16 situated at Guttala Begumpet.
