ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by defendant No.1 against the order dated 09.12.2022 in I.A.No.540 of 2022 in O.S.No.132 of 2010 on the file of the VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

The facts of the case are that the plaintiff filed the suit against the defendants for declaration of title and consequential permanent injunction in respect of the suit schedule property i.e., plot No.503C admeasuring 250.83 square meters located in Survey No.77 of Kondapur village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It is stated that the plaintiff purchased the suit schedule property after due verification of the original documents, which are standing in the name of defendant No.1, through registered sale deed bearing document No.13637 of 2005 dated 14.09.2005. When the plaintiff came to know that defendant No.1 sold the suit schedule property without having title over it, the plaintiff approached the Government and perfected his title over the suit schedule property by virtue of G.O.Ms. No.107 dated 31.01.2007.
