JUDGMENT:(Per the Hon’ble Sri Justice Sambasivarao Naidu)
This Criminal Appeal has been filed by the appellants/accused Nos.1 and 2 in a sessions case vide S.C.No.272 of 2013 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Nizamabad. The appellants being aggrieved by the Judgment, dated 28.04.2014 in the above referred sessions case, whereunder the trial Court found them guilty for the offence under Section 302 r/w 34 Indian Penal Code (for short ‘ IPC ’), convicted them under Section 235 (2) Cr.P.C. and sentenced them to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life and also to pay
