ORDER :
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondents and perused the record.
2. The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that the respondent Nos.3 to 5 are interfering with the peaceful possession of the land of the petitioner to an extent of Ac.0.09 gts. in Sy. No.234/3 situated in Pothulavai village, Kataram Mandal, Jayashankar Bhupalapally District and trying to construct therein the integrated office complex without paying compensation and without following the procedure under Right to Fair Compensation, and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short ‘the Act’), which action it is contended is highly arbitrary, violative of Articles, 14, 15, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India.
3. Petitioner contends that the petitioner had purchased the subject land from one Bandam Kamalaiah, S/o Chinnanna, who in turn had purchased the subject land from the original assignment patta holder viz., Mallojula Laxmibai, W/o Ramaiah and the petitioner being a bonafide purchaser is entitled to protection in terms of Section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Tra
