ORDER:

Heard Sri Veera Babu Gandu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Energy appearing on behalf of respondent No.1, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL, appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 and Sri M. Dhananjay Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing on behalf of respondent No.3.

2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking the prayer as follow s:

“......to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to follow the Indian Electricity Rules Act, 1956 and consequently direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to install any electricity tower in front of petitioner’s house property bearing No. 32-206, situated at Shapurnagar, erstwhile Qutubullapur Gram Panchayath, presently under Qutubullapur Revenue Mandal, erstwhile under Medchal Taluq, Ranga Reddy District, presently under Medchal- Malkajgiri District, erstwhile Andhra Pradesh State, presently under Telangana State and pass…”.

3. The case of the petitioner in brief is that petitioner is the owner of the Plot bearing No.A, admeasuring 352 sq. yards or its equivalent
