JUDGMENT:
1. The appellant is the complainant in the Court below, who has filed the present appeal questioning the judgment of the III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at Hyderabad vide Criminal Appeal No.985 of 2013 dated 20.01.2016 acquitting the respondent Nos.2 to 4/Accused Nos.1 to 3 by reversing the judgment of conviction by the III Special Magistrate at Erramanzil, Hyderabad vide judgment in C.C.No.123 of 2013 dated 28.11.2013.
2. Heard Sri C.Pratap Reddy, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Sri C.Sunil Anand, counsel for the appellant and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State and Sri K.Gopal, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4/accused 2 & 3.

Briefly, the case of the prosecution is that complaint was filed before the lower Court on behalf of the complainant company by its Chief General Manager (Finance) stating that on behalf of A1 company, A2 and A3 entered into memorandum of understanding with the company on 30.07.2009 for collection of electricity bill payments from LT Consumers of APCPDCL except Kurnool and Ananthapur Districts.
