This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the revision petitioner aggrieved by the order dated 02.02.2023 passed in I.A.No.46 of 2020 in O.S.No.21 of 2018 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Huzurabad.

2. I.A.No.46 of 2020 is filed under Section 151 of CPC by the petitioner/plaintiff praying the Court to direct the SHO, Veenavanka, to give police aid to the petitioner/plaintiff for implementation of injunction order in I.A.No.67 of 2018 to protect the rights of the petitioner/plaintiff.

3. The contention of the petitioner/plaintiff in I.A.No.46 of 2020 is that the main suit i.e., O.S.No.21 of 2018 is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff seeking relief of perpetual injunction against respondent/defendant in respect of the suit schedule property.

Along with the suit, the petitioner/plaintiff has also filed an I.A.No.67 of 2018 to grant temporary injunction to restrain the respondent/defendant from interfering with the petitioner’s possession and enjoyment over the suit schedule property.
